TimingAlmostMet 03e11fe35c fix: US daily routing consumes per-source fetcher priorities (#2250)
The US daily-kline branch ignored fetcher priorities and used a fixed
Finnhub/AlphaVantage/Yfinance/Longbridge order, so per-source knobs
like YFINANCE_PRIORITY=0 never affected US routing. The chain is now
ordered by each fetcher's current priority (stable): defaults match
the builtin chain exactly, single-source *_PRIORITY tweaks take
effect immediately, and the deliberate first-position semantics
(index -> Yfinance, Longbridge-preferred) stay pinned.
