Reclaim the right button ripple callback per press.
...
The ripple outlives the row it was created for: it is owned per peer by
_rightButtons, so a callback baked in on the first press kept repainting
a Row that was long gone. Keep the callback in the button and refresh it
on every press, holding the row through a weak pointer - which is why
has_weak_ptr moves down to BasicRow, where nearly every subclass already
had it.

Restore Home/End navigation in the chat list

Home/End jumped to the first/last chat until InnerWidget's key handling
was rewritten from a switch into an if/else chain (in 'Extract chats list
accessibility, fix build'), which carried over only Up/Down and Page
Up/Down and dropped the Home/End cases.
Re-add them, skipping by the actual total row count (which selectSkip()
clamps) instead of the previous 1<<20 constant, so it lands on the first
or last row in both the default list and the filtered/search results.

Expose painted dialog rows as virtual accessibility children so
screen readers can navigate the chat list.
Each row reports: chat type, name, badges, status, last message
preview, delivery status, reactions, stories, and more.
Multi-column sub-items provide structured per-field access.
